If you're looking to lose your belly fat with exercise, here is an excellent video for you!

This is a 12-min workout session that aims to burn the fat in your stomach to give you a slimmer, leaner belly. This is a compilation of 1-min exercises and cardio routines like the Punches, Side Plank Pulse, Russian Twist, and the Jumping Jacks. They're quite intensive and each routine lasts for 1-min long so you really have to be at your absolute physical best to be able to do this workout!

You'll be able to burn so much calories with this workout for every session you do but since it's quite intensive, you may need to take it easy especially if you're a beginner. And since this lasts for 12mins, some of you may feel that it's tiring to come back again tomorrow or do it on a daily basis. That's ok! You can do this at least 4x a week and do a quick workout on the days in between.

Okay y’all I’ve been doing these exercise for over a month and my waist snatched honeyssss, I mean hourglass shape and all. Ladies it is only 30 minute investment for 6days, only 30minutes of pure work and YOU WILL SEE RESULTS. So consistency, good form while exercising and eat in proportions and drink water. Let’s get it y’all 💪🏾

I m doing this exercises from last 4days ...I have seen changes near my stomach area..but after weighs on machine ...my weight is same as it was ...but my waist size decreses from 32 to 30..

I usually workout in my basement... It got so busy today, so i'm like okay let's try some youtube videos... I completed the chest workout by Roberta's gym and now this one... I feel like I burnt more calories than I do in my gym. I'm definately going to do at least one video from this channel everyday during my workouts.

Yes I will update myself everyday for my motivation.
I skips 3 days with no exercises. So I m starting it again.
I m doing this exercise for my belly as well as I m also doing 15 min hitt.
My current weight is 72.2 kg, height 5.4

Day 1 ☑️
Day 2 ☑️
Day 3 ☑️
Day 4 ☑️ I missed hitt exercise today but did 2 different exercise for my belly fat for half an hour.
Day 5 ☑️ again I missed hitt exercise due to heavy pain in my leg..but I did belly exercises + Plank
One more thing wanna update my weight reduces from 72.2 kg to 71.1kgs

So, i think a lot of us who are here, need to change their body. And please do it! If you need a change, do it now. If not now, than when? We will all look great! ✨💖I'll start doing these exercises(and the exercises in two more videos, I can tell them if you want) and I'll update you every night. I' ll do it for 30 days or more.. Idk for now. Also I forgot to say, I eat healthy, I am a vegetarian and I drink a lot of water.
Day one: nothing in my belly yet but I feel mentally better.
Day two:feel good, maybe a bit difference or I am just crazy
Day three: feel so good and I don't know if there is a difference I just feel so good. It is crazy how a workout can make u feel. Thanks.
Day four:feel so well, even started doing more exercises and I'll start a diet from tomorrow. I hope these things will change my life, i know I sound stupid but I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT.

Day 1(Saturday)👐
I did it but I was tired after!

Day 2 (Sunday)
I did this on Saturday night so I couldnt write how I felt

Day 3(Monday)
I did this in the morning and I was sore as I did it last night but I kept going see you on Tuesday
