Mustard!!! Believe it or not. One teaspoon of yellow mustard within 30 seconds to a minute instant relief from muscle cramps. I’m in same boat as you. I’m running and cutting my calories. Trying to loose 50-60 pounds. But take my word, give it a shot. It works. I’ve been following your channel last couple days.

I just finished watching your video from Jan 5, 2018 and wanted to see if you were able to keep it off, which can be more difficult than losing the weight for me! I lost a lot of weight in the past, but slowly gained it all back over the years. On January 4, 2021, I began at #312. Today (March 3, 2021) I weighed in at #248.2 I figure I need to hit #215, so I have a ways to go. Anyway, good luck and I will be following you!

I know this isn't the topic of the video but I find his voice to be weirdly soothing. Like I could listen to him talk for 8 hours because it is relaxing. I might just watch all of this videos for this reason. Even the car videos.

P.s. Coconut water helps with the muscle cramping. Some say pickle juice, but eh.

Try pickle juice for cramping! You can also see if you can get a supplement that contains some potassium.

If your cramping while running.Start with a brisk walk for a couple weeks.And stay hydrated.Water, water

Hi Andy!!! If your back muscles start spasming and leg muscles cramp up when jogging/running, perhaps it's time to start walking. You'll get your cardio in without the wear and tear on the body.

Dehydration maybe. Up your water intake. As far as a quick remedy when you cramp up, if you can drink pickle juice it knocks the cramps out almost immediately. That’s hard to have when you’re running but if you get bad leg cramps at night like I do, pickle juice does the trick!

Do dynamic stretching before you run. Which is basically movements that get blood moving and your heart rate up. Try the Army's Preparation Drills and Military Movement Drills 1 & 2 before you run. There is a free app that the Army makes called "Army PRT" and it has videos on how to do the movements. Click reference at the bottom right then View All Drills. You will find the different drills there. This would be a good home workout resource also since you don't like to go to the gym. The one piece of equipment you would need is a pullup bar. The basics of an Army PT session are for strength training and "Preparation-Military Movement Drill 1&2- Run- Recovery". Good luck with your endeavor.

Hey great video ! Awesome loss for week 1. For the muscle cramps I find 2 things work the first is add some salt to your drinking water just a sprinkle you wont taste it and it worked for me. Second is Epsom salt bath its high in magnesium and helps with water retention/balance

A air fryer is great to cook grilled chicken. It really locks in the juice. Never dry chicken
