I stopped taking Ozempic months ago, reached my optimal goal weight snd fluctuate within 5 lbs maximum between 115lbs and 120 lbs. Definitely changed my eating habits and exercise which is key.

It's the same with diets, you gain it all back. You must make a lifestyle change or it's a waste of time.

This was one person’s experience, we need to see more than one example.

Very interesting that the medical industry which charges you 1k a month for this drug is reccomending for you to stay on it as long as

I keep talking about this- it's like training wheels for weight loss. It doesn't change your habits or health education

Slow and steady wins the race. I’m losing 1 pound a week by fasting, lowing carbs and sugar, and exercising 5 times a week.

I took phentermine for 6 months and went from 178 to 122 believe me, it’s hard but once you get used to it, changing your eating habits and exercising is worth it… especially for your health..

I got off semaglutide 11 months ago, at 127 lbs. Since then, I’ve gone down further to 120 lbs with diet and exercise, and held steady at this weight, fluctuating 1 or 2 lbs up during the holidays, but always easily get back to 120 lbs. I would not have lost the 30lbs initially, without semaglutide. Lord knows I tried for years. I credit the medication for getting me on the path… once I started to lose the weight, I started to feel good. It’s been easy maintaining my healthy eating habits and exercise… I know what fat feels like. Glamorize being fat all you want… I know for me, it SUCKED EVERY SINGLE DAY. And I’m NEVER GOING BACK, period.

All of these shows have pharmaceutical funding so I don't trust anything that comes out of these "Experts".

That’s if you don’t change your eating habits and your lifestyle habits! It’s just like weight loss surgery or other things, you have to change your lifestyle choices. Just like the woman in this video, the point is to lose some weight for health and while you change your diet and you can exercise more, etc.

Sponsored by BIG PHARMA. Thanks for the ozempic commercial.

But how did it effect the pancreas or change insulin resistance ... that seems more important to study than just weight loss.

Guess I gotta eat right and go to the gym then… sigh!

The key is to keep that money flow! Don’t come off!

The doctor here is wrong — you can’t be on this indefinitely!! There are NO longterm studies.. no one recommends long term use

This is a crazy drug. It can do wonders! Keep up your strength training and get inside your head to know what causes you to over eat. I've struggled on/off with weight. I eat when I'm bored, stressed, happy...food ain't for that.

I quit my compounded trizepitide 3 months ago and have continued to lose weight. I've been gaining muscle, too.
