Thank you so very much, Coaches @weshape . I'm so glad I discovered you on YouTube, and able to do tge exercises you teach. I've started to do some of them 5 mins if my lunch hour when I go into work. One of my Managers noticed me, and made a positive comment to my teaammates. Whem we had a mental health wellness training, doing some stretch exercises during breaksvis really encouraged. Much appreciated to you, @weshape . Encouragement to others on a fitness journey.Blessings❤!!

I have heard a lot that before stretching a muscle, you should warm up your body first. Is that true or a myth? Cheers
