Does this apply to females ? also in also much are weights?
I'm 5'2 small frame 97 to 102 lbs. Weigh between 97 and 103 lbs

I think number 1 and number 3 are wrong it is going most to the shoulders and not the chest

Я увидел нагрузку на плечи 85-90%, остальное грудь и спина. При чем тут грудные?!😊

You can't work your chest muscles while standing. You're only developing your shoulder and arm muscles👎
