I just professionally resigned with grace, appreciation, and outlined my accomplishments.

I left because of a multitude of issues so it was unfixable. I started being bullied 4 months ago by our VP, last straw. I suspect it’s because I’m well liked and a high performer; I have a few theories on what triggered it.

The VP could not even handle it when I resigned. She ended up being unprofessional in slight ways on my way out. Everyone saw it!

The problem is where there’s one workplace bully there’s a clique of others right along with them. It’s like high school. They decide not to like you and if you stay on the same team or environment for years it will happen for years. Now if you don’t like what you do but know that you have to do it to pay bills and that type of energy is added on top of that it creates some additional trauma that we don’t realize until later.

Example the one of another race get away with things and is talked to totally different but when a black person does something they are sent home and wrote up.

Why resign?! Everything you said on spot, but resign, im totally against it. If you had it, find a job first while where you are stand for your self no need to accept what is not thier right to make you do. So read the policy yes.
