Make a formal complaint in writing and yes, make sure to jot down EVERY SINGLE issue that occurs at that moment.
The issue, time, date, witnesses, get it all down in a note book.

I worked in a unionized healthcare facility. I faced bullying in workplace from various nurses. Bring it to attention of the management, HR and Union with all the details you mentioned. Nothing happened. Nurses sticked together and lied through their teeth. Management staff were nurses and obviously their decision was in favour of nurses who bullied me. It’s easy for you to come here and give advice as if you were an expert and lived through these situations but you are not. The only way you can tackle a bully in workplace is by exposing them and the management. Take Audio and video recordings and go public with it.

I left my job as a permanent full time worker with no notice as of today. Its so bad in there. The tipping point was yesterday a toxic co worker creeped over the toilet walls and recorded me doing my buisness. Then he shared it around. I never walked so fast to my car today and drove off

Failing to speak up won't save the job anyway, once bullying has been condoned. Still should document and report it. In case it's ever needed. Just because nothing gets done about it sometimes doesn't mean we should not report it. I have heard BAD advice about why reporting it is useless. It's for YOU. Also know that workplace bullying isn't actually about performance. Thats the typical excuse they give because that's the only one that isn't possibly illegal. Also because the bully's goal is often to target someone who they feel threatened by in some way. But bullying is harassment. And can be in some cases. If you can speak with an attorney, do so. One who is familiar with workplace harassment. Micromanaging is the first red flag typically. I want to add...Also, people sometimes are bullied because they are being retaliated against. I've seen people be bullied in a couple cases, due to having a workers comp claim, for example. Again talk to an attorney.

what do you do if your bully is a covert bully ... and there are never any witnesses?
