Yes I'm such a good worker and very fast. Even the Manager at fruit n veg department who is extra nice to me has been treating me differently

Same with store assistant manager.
I brought so much hardwork to the team and I really thought as a team we support each other now Im starting to see its jealousy and insecure, yet they are managers.
Ridiculous

That saying “Hurt People Hurt People, ” is a double entendre, and it victimizes others. The truth is, bullying is a crime. And people that bully are criminals. I’ve been hurt. I went to therapy. I got right in my head. I feel no need to hurt others. Attempts at being bullied encourage me to turn the criminals in. I hope that your listeners see my message. Because, criminals have a right to be charged with a crime. And people they intended harm to have a right to be empowered.

Hi, I work at a contact call center in nyc. I have been bullied for over a year by my 2 supervisors and a few coworkers. The verbal taunting would trigger my panic attacks and many times I would keep quiet and ignore it, but it got worse and today after another panic attack, I just couldn't take it anymore and confronted them in an angry manner and just walked away from them. Then the gaslighting started and one of my coworkers said to me at lunch, 'I don't understand, what happened? What did you say?' Then, upon returning to the workroom after lunch out of the corner of my eye, I saw her quietly whispering something to the other coworkers after my confrontation. This is truly a form of gaslighting. I am here for additional support and workplace bullying & gaslighting needs to be stopped.

They took 700 dollars out my paycheck, harassed me and discriminated against me because how I talk is not "normal"?? Every customer loved me rated me 5 stars and tipped me good. I got pulled to the office and I said that I make tons of money being myself and being professional, she said "we made more money before". Then the supervisors started gossiping about me and started ruining my position with hatred and lies. The supervisor wanted to spite me or something and came back smelling and looking high as,

This is true and so sad. But keep your good qualities and take yourself somewhere else!❤

But why do I feel that way in most workplace settings? I have improved at being more cordial but for the most part I’m quiet by nature.

I work at a fine dining restaurant and the way some of the servers walk around with their chests puffed out is cringe. We make considerable money, especially since we don’t have college degrees but at the end of the day you’re serving food to people.

Calm down. You’re not a heart surgeon. 😂
