I accomodate the push related shoulder exercises on Push day (with Chest and Triceps), and pull related shoulder exercises on Pull day (with Back and Biceps)

FYI you can switch out the extra leg day because there is 2, for arm day and you would start spamming shoulders and hit forearms

You skipped shoulders 😢
In my experience I prefer to work out my chest just with one compound exercise doing barbell or dumbbell press with a slightly inclined bench and then move to cable flies for both middle and lower pecs until failure

14:24 That’s a Curtsy Lunge. Cossack Lunge are open legs that target your hamstrings.

My current split

1. 11 sets of chest and shoulders + 6 sets of triceps

2. 11 sets of quad and hams + 6 sets of abs and calves

3. 11 sets of backs + 6 sets of biceps

Why Push/Pull/Legs? Why not Push/Legs/Pull to give the upper body a little more rest?

1:30 how does this create any resistance? Dude is even with the weight, not out in front.

its overdoing it my opinion, after the third exercise fatigue kicks in and the muscle becomes sore

3 day split is not enough for optimize muscle growth. Mabey for beginners but not for a person that have lifted weights for several years.
