I always write it down in my notes on my phone helps a lot and I highly recommend it for someone that goes to the gym consistently.

Push pull legs is dumb. Why do twice as much volume and frequency than legs? Stick to full body, upper lower or push/pull.

Brother, the title you displayed for this short is so confusing, it’s worded in a way that makes it sound like the PPL split itself was the issue when it wasn’t at all and had nothing to do with you not making progress, for those who watched this, I think what he’s intending to promote here is making sure you’re properly tracking your lifts and weights you use/sets and rep ranges weekly, that way it’s so much easier to track your progressive overload. In addition to this, your training split itself even if it’s a good training split like Push, Pull, Legs has little to do with the muscle/strength gains you’re gonna get if you’re not even properly applying effort/progressive overload to the split itself no matter how good or effective it is.
