12:10 I've been following you since the pandemic because Gyms closed back then so I started working out at home. I got pregnant in 2022 and I kept on working out up until I was 7 months and a half. All this time working out while following your channel.

Due to circumstances, I had to get done a c-section which meant my healing recovery was a bit longer.

I am currently 6 months postpartum and it's been about a week and a half since I started working out again after 8 months.

While I was doing the slam + jump I felt like my emotions started to rise and I started crying. Not of sadness but happiness. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for doing what you do.

DNF 😢 bad night sleep & headache and intense humidity room I work out. Left last three finisher moves on the mat. Rode bike a few miles instead. Will repeat and finish next cardio day! 🤞🏻
