Bohot sahi banda hai ye
1. My friends grandma used to think that even little bit of salt is bad for you and so she stopped eating salt at all and she died because of low iodine levels
2. My uncle completely stopped sugar intake and as a result he got unconscious in the train due to low energy level
Your body needs every thing in a limited way even sugar and salt.
There are some people who get toooo much obsessed with health That they over react
We have to accept that there were healthy people in the past generations without these modern day diets
Don't complex it keep it simple

100%. My 90 years of grand ma, didn't eat anything except roti and dal every day since decades and she is absolutely fine. But again, I feel it depends on body to body. When body is sensitive, we have to take extra care.

Luke ur great guy, like what u said my dad used to eat at least 400 grms of white sugar daily, even for dal and rice he used to mix and eat upto 85 years he was not having Sugar and BP
