Matt I don’t think you understand how great that vid was, you broke down everything in a simple manner. This has to be one of your best videos ever. Nowadays people stress over food and athletic performance and how they look. We all appreciate what you do for us human beings and footballers!

This might be the best explanation I have ever seen. I only wish there was a daily “what to eat for pre season, during season and off season” meal plan to follow (maybe a potential money maker for you) but overall top quality
