Strength Training strength training strength training !

Strength training is the KEY to a strong, happy, functional
body. It just makes sense !

Running on a treadmill vs. going out, moving, and challenging yourself are 2 different things. I briefly show 4 exercises you can do to build strength and start transforming your body. Next week for part 2 of this video I'll go in depth and explain the exercises!

The 4 exercises are

Shoulder Tap Pushups

Jumping Lunges

Shoulder Tap Planks

Inchworms w/Pushup

Strong Cardiovascular fitness assists your weight training workouts as you are able to train more intensly without getting gassed out, it also aids in ATP synthesis meaning you can do more sets with less overall recovey time between sets. Once your cardio is at a high enough level you can inorporate recovery runs which can significantly decrease muscle recovery time between workouts. Cardio is good.

Strength and cardio training should be done both cause we need strength and endurance in our lives.

I think boxers have the best balance. Many top boxers are ripped but also run for miles to enhance their endurance. You can find a good mix of the two.

Ion know about yall. But im an athlete and this video actually helped me realize that i dont really have to worry about cardio as much as i thought i did. I mean in football, you need some endurance on the field. But strength and speed is what u need. Good vid bro. (Ik strength and speed isnt all football is🙄🙄)

Pick up basketball and boxing are both high intensity exercises. Running still increases performance and endurance for both of these sports.. Remember the ability to sustain activity over long periods is also a part of fitness.

I think you should shoot in front of static backgrounds, the guy fishing in the back is pretty hard on the eyes after cuts :P
