Thanks - I'm wanting to move away from orthodics, improve my balance and implement strenthening exercises as I have a history of PF. These exercises look like a great place to start.

59 and putting socks, shoes, pants on balancing on one feet. Going on my toes to my kitchen and coming back on my heels. You can do so much for your balance with almost no effort at all.
