Hi i’ll do this workout everyday for 30 days. I’ll keep you updated everyday so you can see if it’s worth it! (btw i do this workout and another one from this channel that i also find great)

day 1: luv the workout but i couldn’t do the plank exercise fully anyways no big changes (obviously🩷😅) I’ll keep you updated!

day 2: the workout is so great! 🏋️‍♀️ today I did all of the exercises fully and I felt great after! There are no changes yet, I’ll keep on doing it, loves it ☺️🩷

day 3: the workout seemed to be faster today the last exercices were pretty hard but feels great! (happy new year 🎉💕)

day 4: to whoever reads this😅 the workout seemed so fast it felt like 5 minutes.. whatever the hardest/best exercises are the 2 last ones. I’ll keep you updated cya✨✨

day 10: the workout seemed so easy and effortless like today that i felt like i didn’t do it right 😅💕

day 11: today was okay overall even tho some exercises were pretty painful 😭 cya 🩷💖
