The oblique crunches seem to only ever on one side.... is suggested switching sides guys. That’s how muscle imbalances happen....

Day 10 done and I feel okay, I probably got quite used to it!
PS I hate the exercise which requires to lay dawn watching the floor and keep the same position with arms and feet up
