My gym teacher at my school does this exact same but somewhat different sets.

See says do planks for 10 seconds for 1 week for the second do it for 20 or 10 sec and rest and do 10 sec again.

She also made that with every workout.

Such as push-ups and planks, and sit-ups. Almost all she gave me a workout schedule that took less then 20 min that made all my muscle groups tired.


I had arms of 9 inchs which was extremely skinny but gradually after a 2 months and a week or so I gained 2 inchs. I think this big improvment was due to me being skinny and not working out so for you guys it might be less but ya

Know with 11 inch arms I was more confident and could actually do my favorite sports. Basketball.

Doing this with my workout for another 3 months and 3 weeeks I could see my body’s stamina improving. Also my leg muscles started to build up again which made me jump better. My arms know where about 14 inchs albeit I believe it was about 13.5 I can’t remember.

But ya you don’t need weights to gain muscles. You just need normal workouts such as these.
