I'd pick nr 1 in bottom range of motion and press the barbell diagonally up to above forehead/eye lvl

플렛 밴치는 같이 하는 사람이 없으면 본인이 어떻게 하는지 모름.. 그래서 대부분 머신을 이용함. 웨이트가 언제부터 혼자하는 운동으로 바뀌었냐 하면 머신이 많이 보급되고 부터인듯.
프리웨이트때도 혼자 많이 하지만 그래도 보조해주면서 같이 많이 했는데 이제는 대부분 머신이니까 나홀로 운동이 되어버림.

1번자세에서 2번자세처럼 손목을 보정해야합니다.
1번자세에서 바가 가슴아래로 위치해있는데

바가 위로 올라올땐 2번처럼 올라와야합니다.

바가 내려올땐 1번처럼 내려외야 하구요.

Stop teaching ppl the wrong stuff

The top is best, what needs to be emphasized is scooping with the elbows activating the chest way more than the shoulders or shoulder strain and minimal chest activation results in weak bench performance, injury as you try to constantly attempt improve at doing it the wrong way.
