Insane video. I used these steps and went from 80kg to 100kg bench. I press 37.5kg dumbells with good technique so I didn't know why I couldn't do 100 bench. But now I know it's because my form wasn't correct. You've just enabled my new PR, thanks

My shoulders were screaming with pain. The Arrow posture is king. DO NOT create internal rotation with your shoulders. That's very important to avoid injuries.

I just finished trying those tips at the gym and I've never felt this much chest activation.
Lat activation and hand position were lacking by me and now way better.

I had to go down on weight though since this position now felt harder.
