as i was feeling a bit tired today i wasn't sure at first i could make it but surprisingly I gained energy throughout the practice and felt really boosted at the end. ! it shows that our body is getting stronger !! thank u !

Its getting easier day by day. I was able to move between poses swiftly. Today was the first day i felt comfortable and actually enjoyed downward dog. Thanks <3

To my surprise I could hold the side plank for the very first time, this flow was really fun and I really notice that I am getting stronger and more flexible, I love this course

I really appreciate how Julia Maria describes each step and position. If you are a newbie to some poses or can't see the TV because of your positioning at the time it makes it easier to follow along.

Julia! You are a pretty, little fairy BEAST! I’ve been practicing yoga for a bit over a year, or there would be no way I could do this program. I need it though and it is making me feel stronger AND I feel my endurance getting much better. I sweat profusely, but I’m bouncing back after a rest and I’m 68! Am I too old for this? I’m trying to avoid Covid so I’ve been quarantined FOREVER! I’m so grateful for yoga and I can walk as always in my neighborhood. Trying to keep my immune system strong! Plus, your tips at the end are very encouraging! Finally, I’m not trying to lose weight, but felt I needed a little more push behind me! You did that! 🙏

I love your yoga series. My gym has been closed since March, and I have been doing your yoga classes 5 days a week since. Your classes are perfect... just the right length, just the right balance, and you are very pleasant. Thank you for sharing your practice!
