Remember that if your bestfriend doesn't do some of these doesn't mean they aren't a true friend, for example, me and my bestfriend don't encourage nor make much time for eachother, but we still care about eachother. I just watched this video and nearly started crying. It instantly made me think about two special people in my life. The different paths we took in life separated us and we barely communicate, but every time we do, it's as if we'd never been apart.

i remember this one time, i was crying in music class, my closest friends asked me how i was and i said i was fine, but they knew something was wrong, so he stood there and encouraged me to cheer up! he made me smile and laugh. he is truly the best friends anyone in this universe could ask for; he has my back, he is supportive, and overall an amazing friend. he will always be in my heart, and i will always love him. I watched this and figured out that me and my best friend are all of these. Even today, we are the best of friends and always see each other when we can. I moved away about a year and a half ago and constantly go and visit my hometown. She never forgot me and always accepts who I am and is not afraid to say what she says. I have good friends, but some moments shared with people I don’t know have a much stronger impact on me. For example, I was in science class once and my friend was off. We were doing an experiment with the people next to us so I joined a three with two other students who I barely knew at the time, and yet they treated me the same way they treated each other. They made me feel welcomed and valued in a way my best friends never could. They dont interact with me as much as that one lesson, but that memory will always stay in my head, because if us three make a better attempt to be friends we might end up closer than the people I label my best friends now.

Im crying. My friend and I check every one of these signs. We've known each other for over a decade. She drove an hour once to spend a day with me during a really hard time in my life. Whenever we hangout we have sore throats afterwards because we've laughed so much. We both cry at the mere though of not having each other.
