In this meditation we scan the entire body for areas of tension. We inhale peace, space and power, and exhale all tension, worries and that which no longer serves us. We breathe in true power and purpose. We breathe out all obstacles, unworthiness, and difficulties to receiving. We link up all the vortices of energy that are the chakras, align and amplify.
