This is the Simple Qigong for Anxiety , Stress and Fear.
There are 3 Movements:
1. Shaking body and Bouncing legs and toes
2. Horse Stance Meditating
3. Cleansing Breath.
This exercise can help you to let go off all anxieties, stress, Fear, and also make your body calm and ease. It just takes 15 minutes to practice daily, can become your 10 minute daily Routine Qigong.
