Creatine isn’t to make you look better it’s to make you perform better and the evidence is overwhelming that it absolutely does make you perform better.

Creatine isn’t a supplement meant to make you look better. Firstly it allows your muscles to recover faster, increases muscular endurance, and has a slight benefit to overall strength while using it.

more important to myself are the cognitive benefits. It improves your working memory, reduces mental fatigue, and increases your minds processing speed/reaction times during times of stress or sleep deprivation.

Im not really sure if this is the best comparison cause of the 3 months difference, and i dont wanna sound like a douche-nozzle but you dont look all-too different, so would it be fair to say that the creatine was worth about 3 months of progress? All of that being said, youre looking big man both the before and after look class, and that is some solid-ass hard work right there

At age 63 my max bench press was 230 lbs. Started taking creatine. Four months later I pressed 280 lbs. It didn't make my muscles huge or burn away fat but the gain in strength was amazing.

For people that are into their bodies, they will notice things differently. What looks like not that much difference to us, is probably a huge difference to him, as he is inspecting every little muscle apart.

At 52 while taking Creatine. Was increasing weight in all lifts. Had more in the tank during the last 2 reps. Better recovery. Have to drink lots of water though. No need to load in the beginning. Rest days/sleep helps you more than anything.

People really are clueless. It’s not glaring but for those that know, you can spot the differences. Creatine makes you retain more water weight and therefore your muscles have a fuller look. Therefore it can also give a bloated look in some areas. You can notice the tone change in his arms, chest, and lower core when off creatine.

I don't know dude, I think there's other things at play here. Alcohol consumption, caloric intake, lighting with hair versus different lighting with no hair. There's a minutia of differences that could be contributing to the comparison besides muscle saturation

You look decent mate - just work on the body fat percentage and that physique will pop even more.
I got myself down to around 12 percent and the difference between that and 20 was insane.
