Basically loading works. So does not loading. As long as you consistently take 5g a day it’s gonna work.

I did it mainly for my psyche so that I'd gain the water weight as quickly as possible and establishing a new baseline. Gaining a little bit of weight every day for a few weeks is so ambiguous whether it's diet or the creatine.

What about offloading? When I take a month off a gym, do I continue to take it daily? Or should I use gradual dose reduction before getting off. I don’t expect to stay on creative to the rest of my life.

One day of loading with 20g, the next days I could only wat half a slice of bread cause it f*cked up my stomach. Tried again 2 weeks later without loading and never had any issues

I didn't.
Like the creatine any little thing I did my muscles swell up and I couldn't use them anymore.
Was trying to dig a ditch from my father and within about 5 minutes. I couldn't twin the pick anymore. Cause my back muscles and my shoulder.My all my muscles were tightening up.I've been working out.I felt swollen like i've been working out
