Been taking it pretty much steady since the 90s. 1 scoop every night, still got my hair at 58 . I can tell the difference when I'm off it, but it's not a HUGE difference . I just get what monohydrate is on sale . Now if you DO want to poop your pants, take too much magnesium powder . Whatever was inside you will no longer be inside you in a very very dramatic but surprisingly low effort fashion.

I’ve never felt better than I did the first 6 months I took creatine. But I’ve never felt worse than I did before I stopped. Kidney stones took 3 months to get rid of. The stomach ulcers and rectal bleeding took 8 months to heal. 100% attributed to creatine intake. Went off of it for almost 2 years before I decided to give it another go. Took for 10 days before I started passing stones again… For whatever reason, my kidneys just can’t handle the stuff…

100% caused hair loss for me! Never lossed a strain of hair in my life. A few weeks after taking creatine, I'd run my hand through my hair and have 20-30 strains of my hair in my hand.

So creatine raised my blood pressure by 10 points and it took 1.5 weeks for it go back down after stopping. I got cramps in my feet as well. I miss the way it made me look but there are actually downsides that people should be made aware of. People with kidney issues shouldn’t take it either.

When i was consuming creatine, i was losing between 100-150 hair strands each day. So i stopped consuming it, and since then my hairfall reduced dynamically.
Hair is the only thing which could be considered as makeup for men and i'm not up for losing it😂.

The hair thing is not a rumor. If you are in any way predisposed to male pattern baldness, and about 50% of us are, it will absolutely make it fall out faster.

My doctor took me off of it the thinks it causing me liver enzymes to elevate. But I don’t agree him. So I went off it now waiting a few months to go get more blood work so he will know that’s not the problem. Well hopefully anyway.

Creatine increases DHT in the body which is known to shrink hair follicles in people who are genetically prone to Male Pattern Baldness(MPB). So pretty much if you are susceptible to MPB, Creatine will undoubtedly accelerate your hair loss but if you are not feel free to take it.

Creatine works by drawing water into your muscle cells. Your heart is a muscle. If you already have heart or circulatory issues, stop taking creatine if you feel dizzy, light headed, or have palpitations. Plenty of cases of this happening. We're talking plain old creatine with no stimulants and even when people increase their water intake to avoid dehydration.

The hair loss thing is not a complete myth in my case, although mine was partial alopecia (a small round patch on the back of my head) due to using low grade creatine at high doses. Good quality stuff at correct dosage doesn't give me any side effects and my hair grew back after a few weeks.

Well I don't judge people if they use all of this, but I decided to just go without even protein shakes and what not .the only thing I consume is food .
