The video is full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing for each exercise. If you need a break you can take it!

Ένας που δεν έχει κοιλιακούς αλλά είναι χαμηλό ποσοστο λίπους δνε πρέπει να είναι και σε θερμιδικο ελλειμα για να χάσεις λίπος και να φανούν οι κοιλιακοι;
