For all those asking if Chloe Ting's exercise really works, it does ONLY when followed with a strict and balanced diet. I did it alongside following a One Meal A Day (OMAD) diet. I was 180 and I'm 5"3 pear shape. I did omad for about 1 year successfully and did Chloe ting challenge on and off. Today I'm 130 and now I'm trying to get toned up. Love this video

I remember doing the 2weeks challenge back in covid times and on day 8 I had lost a lot of weight people thought I was lying 😅😅

Some people just need to exercise and they can drop weight

I'm one of those people who need to follow a diet and exercise to lose weight

(I have a high protein low carb diet)
