Just got these dumbells myself last week. After 8 months without a gym or any weights due to COVID reasons they are a god send! I was searching for months for some dumbells but they were either out of stock or too expensive, these ones were the best value out there

Nice insight! Seen these adjustable ones for years but never thought they were totally worth it. I hit the jackpot when building my own garage gym at the start of lockdown. Came across 2 solid iron York branded adjustable dumbells that someone had just left at the tip. 32.5 kg of 5kg, and 1.25kg plates on each dumbbell and the bar was a good 5kg. Couldn’t pass that up, only problem was they were super rusty and the end of the bars had been welded. Likely why they had been left. Took a good hour to use a hacksaw to cut through each of the bolt, but totally worth the trouble for Free!

Great video mate👍 just a little tip though, you don't have to take it I am only 14 and all but when you were doing the seated shoulder press at 3:25 instead of having your arms extended fully out, bring your shoulders closer to your chest as if your doing a under arm pull up, it will make your shoulders pop out more, just a bit of advice other than that great video😊😜👍🥇🥇💪💪🦵🦵💦💦💦💦
