I got a power blocks sport exp to 90lb and got some magnetic platemates so they go to 95lb

As dumb as I may sound, I always wondered how those worked. I thought it was all one piece*. Which obviously makes no sense, but I was unaware it adjusted which plates it grabs from the dock.

I have both regular dumbells and adjustable ones. I would say for lighter weights, use regular dumbells and use adjustable for heavier weights. Adjustable dumbells are too bulky for like 30lb curls for example.

So for 2 it’s like 100 dollars
And it’s only 20 pounds
