This man is describing and showing how powerlifters bench and how to get the strongest bench. Bench isn’t all about chest and arms. It heavily involves back and legs. I use the cue or brining my shoulders up back and down to get my upper body in position, as well as engaging and tightening my lats, and really everything. Keeping your legs tight and using “leg drive” and training with national record holding powerlifters had increased my bench by 30 or so pounds. I just turned 13, I was assigned female at birth but I’m trans, I don’t take steroids or test, and I can bench 85 pounds and have floor pressed 100. Getting proper form for any exercise is key for becoming stronger at it.

Ok that’s my problem. I never put my feet behind so whenever I try to plant them they get all wobbly and I can’t stabilize. Awesome
