This can obviously be done with a 20 lb weighted vest correct?

As a trainer myself, I always encourage my clients to NEVER jump with weights because this could potentially fuck up your knee joints big time without mentioning the lower back. I am surprised for lack of a better word that you guys would promote this. But then again, each to his own!

Teaching this to beginners or people that have no idea in training, could in the long term cause more damage than good.
