I use my posture brace when I take long drives. It might only be masking the issue temporarily but it definitely keeps me from hurting for days after a long drive.

This video was super helpful to me. I have been slouching since I was a teenager and I'm 34 now. I have back and neck pain every day and I'm almost certain it's due to bad posture. Got xrays last week, I'll find out what's going on once I see my doc in a week. Gonna run these stretches and exercises by her to make sure they are appropriate for me.

I went for PT for a frozen shoulder once and they started me on those doorway stretches and they are the bomb! 💕 I LOVE the feel of those stretches and I stretch myself constantly. I could live in a doorway and be quite content! 😁

I was told wearing a brace/support would make my muscles weak, since they were being supported and I was not doing it myself. Maybe I did not get the gist of what you really think of them. Good video on the stretches for pecs and upper body. :)

Thank you!! My posture has gotten so bad I was starting to get a hump. Definitely don't want to go there as my mom got who always used to remind me about my posture got horribly bent over in her later years! I'm getting on it with these exercises, STAT. I agree the braces are a good reminder but that's about it as far as I'm concerned. I tried one and it was a disappointment.
