For those of you who are starting out in the call center industry,

if you feel like you're going to die in anticipation of taking your first call, that's completely normal; first calls are always stressful because you do not know what to expect and because you're learning a new skill.

I've been in the industry for 7 -- going on 8 -- months already and I'm still learning something new everyday! Just remember that practice makes perfect and you're going to be okay.

My first call was a disaster🤣🤣🤣 the thing is that I had all the words and scripts in my mind that I already reserved for my first call but when I tried to talk to the customer I got speechless and my grammar and pronunciation was terrible😅🤣🤣 but nobody's perfect we learned from our experience.

I worked in a call centre for two years. And honestly it’s probably one of many jobs I’ve had that had been able to give me security, good pay and also a lot of chances to stay there after many times breaching (I was working for the bank and had to ask security questions) and I breached a few times but they understood me a lot as it’s human error. So I can say I’ve had a good experience and also the people who work there are lovely :) it is a very tough job but rewarding

I work in a call center and trust me guys it's the toughest job on earth.. You need to be mentally strong to handle 60-70 calls with AHT, OCR, HOLD, WRAP MOST IMPORTANTLY PROCESS process updates because each call is with different scenario and customer survey.. Very soon I'll get out of it.

i remember my 1st call i was on at&t business account, after i did my opening spiel the cust says "stop that crap!!! my business is not runing right now because of your bullshit internet!!! i dont know what i need to says, i almost forgot all i learned on the training. empathy, ownership, etc. haha. the only thing that i said "oh really?"😂😂😂what the heck!!!!
