I came across of this video and i find it so amazing..literally! I've been in a call center for many years but i never stop to keep learning more techniques and these videos helped me a lot and opened my eyes that there's something more i need to learn, and i thanked you for that..honestly! Can you please demonstrate about how to handle and pass interviews about SME's..i was encouraged to apply for SME because of my knowledge abt the process...unfortunately, i was closed to pass all the process but eventually failed. Thank you so much and more power to your videos..!!

Yo puedo entender perfectamente a ese cliente aunque tenga ese acento. Pero necesito practicar mucho esto porque en call center me piden empatía a la hora de hacer el rollplay y esto me ayudara mucho, muchas gracias.
