I came across of this video and i find it so amazing..literally! I've been in a call center for many years but i never stop to keep learning more techniques and these videos helped me a lot and opened my eyes that there's something more i need to learn, and i thanked you for that..honestly! Can you please demonstrate about how to handle and pass interviews about SME's..i was encouraged to apply for SME because of my knowledge abt the process...unfortunately, i was closed to pass all the process but eventually failed.
