Don't stay at this job for too long. it really is bad for your health both mentally and physically. Learn new skills and gain more experience that will be useful outside of the call center.

I just signed a JO it’s my first job and I’m 18. I grew up being the first and the one taking the lead for everyone who’s around me. I love helping people and seeing them get better at something they were failing a while ago. It makes me proud. But actually now, I’m scared of the uncertainty of the corporate world and been composing myself to not be fazed. I always tell myself “do it how you usually do it communicate and resonate don’t be afraid on exploring new things and getting out of comfort zone”

I did started to doubt how long I’ll be on this industry but I came across your video and there I knew I could pull this off and it will be worth it because I believe I will be opening a lot of opportunities and will be gladly accepting it as a challenge to grow more.

When it comes to money, don't ever think that you have to earn more to live a decent life. It's not about how much you earn, it's about how much you keep. If you have the discipline to not buy the things you don't need, Kahit basorero ka, you can send a couple of kids to college. I have friends who earn 4x than me, but those idiots keep borrowing money from me. True story mga pips. #minimalistlifestyle

Beautifully said. I just got a new job at a call center recently and we are in Retention. I passed our class with a 100% score on my 2nd attempt and I've taken a few calls. They really will sell you in the interview about how the job has a potential to pay $XX.XX/hr but in retention at least it isn't as easy. People are already calling in wanting to disco and at that point offering to raise their bill when they called in to lower it is a stonewall from the start but it can be chiseled away at. It's definitely not easy but I've worked in customer service before, no one ever said it was easy but it is under appreciated.

2years ago I am always watching your videos on how to pass the interviews at BPO industry. That's the time when I have no capacity to do so since I am still a student that time and I am setting goals as well on how to gain more money while studying. To make it short, I am now in a BPO industry and all your videos help me throughout the interviews, assessments and many others! Thanks gurl for this kind of advice. Today I'm 3mos working on this industry and yeah I can say the salary is good but it is not sufficient 😢 I don't know what to do next, I want to find another job that pays more and get decent money than my current. I want to explore more and get better opportunities 🥴

I worked as an accounting staff right after graduation but then I resigned and go back to call center because the salary in a call center industry is too better than my previous job .
