GLUTE ACTIVATION for a STRONG BOOTY is what it's all about for this 20 minute mini band workout!
We activate the glute medius, minimus, and maximus to strengthen the entire gluteal complex to help improve muscular endurance and give your booty a nice rounded look! We will work standing and floor during our 20 minutes for this glute activation workout and your mini band is optional! This will of course add a little extra oomph, but you will definitely still feel it without your mini band as well.
This workout is another one of our PYRAMID SERIES workouts which means we will work for 20, 30, and finally 40 seconds (I actually get a little carried away with time for some of the exercises...OOPS! :D ) for each exercise with minimal rest in between each set. We have a total of 8 exercises and a booty burner bonus at the end! As always, keep good form and make any modifications you may need to make this YOUR workout!
🔴 Keep your focus on your booty to enhance that mind-body connection that will intensify your glute activation! Strong glutes are not only great for a booty boost, but also are incredibly helpful during everyday tasks to make movements and activities just a little bit easier!
