Problem with machine chest press is individual anatomy. If you're tall you may not get a great chest stretch. Or the machine may be small for you. I certainly expected something like a low incline dumbell press there.

I dislocated both of my big toes while doing calf raises on the leg press. After a set, I didn't lock the slide correctly after finishing a set and it rushed down.
Hell of a fun...

Another thing: I would have expected two back exercises, one vertical and one horizontal. Apart from that, great work as usual!

I've been lifting for years and never performed biceps at an incline. Just completed my last set and my arms are burning with only 30 lbs! Gheesh!

cable wrist curls feel way, way better on the wrist joints than dumbbell wrist curls.

Always great work. Regarding calves, I’ve come across a lot of different channels that state research shows standing calf raises are more optimal than seated. Personally, I feel the burn more doing standing opposed to seated.

If you don't have a t-bar, do you suggest dumbbells or a bar? I can use a bench still, but I don't have a t bar at my gym.
