If a woman breaks up with you, you shouldn't be wanting or caring to get her back anyway. So go no-contact because you're actually moving on, not using it as a tactic to get her back

Dont be relationship focused, that means reaching out to her to meet up, always being available, expensive dates, gifts or giving compliments. That is, the complete opposite we naturally think things should be.

Yep. She found Chad and you are now a distant memory. When she breaks it move on and don't dwell on the past. It will never be the same as women don't dump guys they are in love with or respect

If my girl leaves me I don't want her back which is why after the breakup, I text her, tell her I will run errands for her and love all of her pictures on social media. After a month of this I can move on and she won't try and come back... All part of the plan.

I’m not sure if this is the same but I went on a date with a girl and she was eager and then I asked her for a second date and she said yeah and we chatted in between and she seemed 70-80
On effort and then a few weeks later she said she was busy but didn’t offer an alternative like she did the first time. The effort was gone. So I just said enjoy whatever it is you’re doing and then ended the convo and haven’t talked to her since
