Brad these videos are amazing. But what about when he says he wants to focus on himself? I know I told you he just got divorced and there is also a kid involved but do I wait to hear from him or do I ask a simple question? I know when we were still talking we had plans on going to a concert, a baseball game, and even some movies I haven’t even heard of or watched before. Hi Brad- thank you for your amazing videos. I took your advice and reached out with a nice ‘inside joke’ type message. What I got back from my ex was a message back stating how he missed me and thinks about me everyday. I may of overdone it because my response was short and sweet but I asked if he would like to talk at some point. I got a delayed message back of a few hours of ‘I would love to talk to you but it may be a little difficult’. I took a day to respond with ‘I understand. The offer stands if you’re able’ and now I plan on no contact again. Did I do something wrong?

Question: My girlfriend broke up with me near the 10 year mark of our relationship on Jan 13th. Luckily I didn't beg, plead or act pathetic and instead walked away and gave her space. I instituted no contact except to message her for unavoidable practical reasons because we shared a room and needed to organise removing stuff and bills etc. Right now, the no contact period has technically been over for a few days and her birthday is next week.
