My wife asked for no contact, she reached out after 8 days asking for divorce. At both intervals I couldn’t have cared less. This video is one of the reasons I love this channel Danny. No contact is a powerful tool. I've used it many times in the last 15 years. It was always for me and me alone. I didn't care if they came back. It was for my strength.
The times they did come back and yes the same behaviours popped back up it was an instant no contact again. One in particular did several times to the point I had to tell her enough...find someone else.
Stay strong men... we have the power. Indeed the ability to walk away without emotion, without explanation is a super power.

'No Contact' is a great way to help you begin the process of ultimately letting someone go. I know it is, in theory, supposed to help 'get them back' but after enough time has passed whereupon you should have taken the steps to improve your life: Exercise, having goals, accomplishing things, you will get to a point where you don't want them back.It's not rooted in hatred or anger, it's the realization that they really weren't that special in the first place.
