Started no contact with "This will help me get my ex back" ended with "I don't even care anymore".

To all the guys and girls out there who either have been through no contact or are in no contact right now, I have so much respect for you and y’all should be super proud of yourself. It’s one of the hardest and most painful things you can do as I’m learning now.

I did this recently when she rejected me and doesn't wanted to communicate with me. So, I removed her from all social media and within one month, I am feeling the freedom. Focus on yourself more.

My wife asked for no contact, she reached out after 8 days asking for divorce. At both intervals I couldn’t have cared less. I told her that my happiness is my responsibility and that I’ve accepted and moved on. She’s bitter about her choice but you never go backwards. Don’t chase after someone who let you go. Remember that the same woman who married you isn’t the same woman divorcing you. Wish them well and move forward, life must go on. Don’t fall into the trap of hurt and negativity, it ain’t gonna help you heal. Accept and let go. It took me two months to learn this. The faster you do this, the better. Make the room for someone better to enter your life.

This is so true and so helpful. Going to stop focusing on that one girl who left me in the cold for one misunderstanding and was ready to throw all the magical moments, memories, chemistry and connection we’ve built and shared over the last year. Her loss. Time to love on. I feel free and an endless sea of opportunities in front of me. Thank you Danny, needed to hear that! 🙏😎😊

Getting incarcerated/heartbroken by my first gf of 5yrs was the best thing that could’ve ever happened to me. I’m a month out now and am getting stronger physically, and mentally. I’m also excelling in my sales career, and the results are showing. I’m 22. Sky’s the limit from here. Thanks for sharing brother. Subbed

This video is one of the reasons I love this channel Danny. No contact is a powerful tool. I've used it many times in the last 15 years. It was always for me and me alone. I didn't care if they came back. It was for my strength.
The times they did come back and yes the same behaviours popped back up it was an instant no contact again. One in particular did several times to the point I had to tell her enough...find someone else.
Stay strong men... we have the power. Indeed the ability to walk away without emotion, without explanation is a super power.

You know it's tough to forget about her when everything reminds you of her. Everything from going to Lowe's home improvement, to driving past a flower shop. I even got a reminder of her today from an add on Instagram. Sucks. 5 months no contact.

Amazing. That's what I exactly did. And my energy was finally restored. Finally, I won't tolerate disrespect.

My first gf left me for another guy when I was 19, it was an instant wake up call to how the world operates. I am now 43 and have never feared a breakup since, guess I’ve been red pill my whole adult life without even knowing it

One of the best and simple explanations for self-love to go for NO CONTACT. Yeah, guys. a girl ain't special unless you see or believe her to be special. She has just got the same assets as any other girl. She is gone for a reason. Don't try to get her back. You have around 4billion women in this world. Do you really think you would get someone better than the one that you let go? Seriously?? Do you really think she is more valuable than you really are? Think and act guys!

The most powerful impression I ever left on a woman is going
permanently AWOL on her. To this day, I still have these women
trying to contact me over a decade later to get an answer as to
what they did wrong and I never answer back or give them any
closure.

Once a woman that you're in a relationship with decides that it's
a bright idea to disrespect you or put you through a sh*t test, all
you have to do is walk away and cut off contact permanently.
Leave her fermenting in her neuroticism and doubt. It's the most
powerful way to deal with them. Simply refuse them any info to
give themselves any sense of "closure".

'No Contact' is a great way to help you begin the process of ultimately letting someone go. I know it is, in theory, supposed to help 'get them back' but after enough time has passed whereupon you should have taken the steps to improve your life: Exercise, having goals, accomplishing things, you will get to a point where you don't want them back. It's not rooted in hatred or anger, it's the realization that they really weren't that special in the first place.
