As a lifetime, martial artist, kettlebell workouts are as close as it gets to a real life sparring session, not fighting, sparring n not identical, but very close. Second runner. 👍😉 I too agree with this message. 😅❤

Agreed. Especially when you're working with 32kg. I train with KBs and barbell. And though a 32kg might feel lighter overtime, if I'm doing Long Cycles, Snatches, Swings, etc... You will get so out of breathe it's crazy. Hahaha.

Is one 16kg kettlebell would be efficient for muscle and strength?

I can't do squats. I can do the motion, but causes bad strains in hips, back, etc. hamstring...knee. everywhere.
