Been No Contact from my ex Narc for almost 10 months. 6 weeks after I left him, his new supply was found dead under suspicious circumstances that are still being investigated by the Houston homicide division. I'm so lucky I got out.
Please be strong and be safe....because these Narcs can be extremely dangerous. I'm still healing, but my life is so much better now. Sometimes I still cry and wonder why ... But I know deep down I'm WAY better off. It was so hard but each day gets easier.

I truly miss her. She discarded me after extreme trauma and wearing myself out trying to please her. She will miss me doing everything for her but that's all because she didn't care anything about me.

Regardless of how they feel they will eventually want to see how you are doing. Best thing to do if become the best version of yourself, transform, transcend, EVOLVE. Focus on achieving all your goals that will in turn give you the best life possible. The new supply will get lax, stop going the gym and already be getting broken down. When they, (the narc), discard them and try to ingratiate themselves back with yourself, you can ignore them and destroy their ego.

Revenge takes time, and it never has to be vindictive. You just have to improve your own well being. I’m already on my own journey to transforming. 💪🏻

i think that superimportant step immediately after going no contact is to make an inventory list of all the assaults and abuses you experienced from them to realize quickly who they really are and to stop idealizing them in your memory. Idealising is the main reason why you miss this person in the first place and why you suffer. You need to see the monster they really are, only this will help you to get over and save so much pain and really focus on yourself!
