How to make someone realize that they might be a Narcissist or toxic person?

Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.

The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

Thank you so much

This is a hard video to watch but so necessary. You can't force people to change

Yup! Heard this too late I guess. Told my ex, stayed quiet, then left and started the smear campaign immediately. He has voiced to me several times that he knew something was wrong with him but he is not willing to work on it.

Lee were you actually able to see the traits in yourself when you read about narcissists? Can a narcissist see and recognize them even if they don’t want to admit it to themselves?

My wife is bipolar with narcissistic personality traits. She doesn't realize it and probably never will and I don't even know why I try to explain it to her because it's useless. Therapy doesn't work because the therapist doesn't even realize that that's what's wrong with her.

I don’t recommend you tell anyone that they have a personality disorder. This is a recommendation coming from a therapist and someone who has relatives with personality disorders. If they truly have a personality disorder, they will be too defended to see it and will deny its existence and may even punish you for saying so. You only have any hope of not getting that reaction if they only have personality disordered traits versus a full blown personality disorder. Either way, in my opinion, it’s not worth it. Personally, I just stopped having relationships with the personality disordered people in my family because they never change and it’s everyone else who is the problem. 🙄 Life is too short.

Mine said he knows he isn't a narcissist because he has emotions and so many emotions that they are cripplingfor him. That's the problem, most people don't know or understand what narcissism is, even narcissists don't know what it is.

You be on point with the Truth. I've learned that when it comes to Relatives and Friend-enemies Narcissists, that it's Best to detach myself from them and Pray for their deliverance from those Demonic Spirits. PRAISE GOD 🙌🕊️✨

💯 We have to be willing to make the free-will choice to learn as we aim to be the best version of ourselves.

Thank you, I know that my husband won't change till he sees it but I'm going to keep praying. This gives me hope that it not impossible just in God's time. I love him and I'm going to pray forever that he can find his real self and learn to love himself someday even if it's not with me.

Just because someone says you're a narcissist doesn't necessarily mean you are one. It's not that simple

I have a question, you said that they'll just say "your feelings are not my responsibility" but what about when a narcissist constantly blames you for how they feel and use it as an excuse to do or say shitty things? Because I get that your feelings and actions are two different things and you don't treat ppl bad just bc you feel bad. But if they say you made them feel that way then isn't it the same as saying you are responsible for their feelings?

i don't plan on sending him just THIS ONE video. i have AN ENITRE PLAYLIST i'm STILL adding so he'll NEVER be able to say he didn't know, no one tried to tell him or... that i didn't care about him. i'll send the playlist the day after i relocate to another region of the country and change my phone number!

The sentence: im not responsible for your feelings... waaw thats litterly what my sister tells me all the time. I tried to tell her that she is manipulating me, omg never again. She reacted that she is no manipulator and i dont want to see the real her, how i dont know who she really is. Damn... if you are manipulating, then you are manipulating, thats the real you damit! Im so done, emotionally drained

My ex, who I am still in communication with (it's unhealthy, I'm working on it), came to me showing me all these narc tests and said he feels like he just woke up. I hadn't brought this up. I was in shock. Of course, within a day, he's like "well, this doesn't fit, this doesn't fit" to different ways symptoms are described. Wtf. Does he just know and thought this was going to pull me bk to support him or.... idfk.
