I'm so happy to share everything I eat in a day along with the recipes and some game-changing health tips with you.

The key component in my diet is BALANCE. I make sure that everything on my plate is in correct proportions, that will provide all the nutrients my body needs to function smoothly, and that my mind requires to think clearly.

In this video, I show you what my breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner plates look like.

Early in the morning -
Breakfast - seasonal fruit after 30 5 almond, walnut groundnut, date, moong sprout and methi sprout.
Lunch - kala chana, lauki kofta, raita,salad,foxtale millet rice.
Evening snack - chia seed coconut water.
Dinner - moong chilka khichdi pongal with groundnut chutny

Only one thing out of all the items I would suggest people to take chia seeds that I take regularly. Very filling, good for health. I soak 2 spoons of chia with curd soak it. Then take with fruits and a pinch of black salt.
