The best way to keep your brain healthy is to shut your phone and computer down for an hour a day and take a walk

Throughout the summer while I was sitting on standby with work for five months, I took my daughter for 90 minute walks and ran around the park. Nearly every day. It was great. If you sit around feeling sorry for yourself, nothing will change.

I used to walk 2 to 4 hours in my neighborhood at least 3 x a week. I did this after I developed encephalopaty. I felt so much better. Now, because of the lockdowns, I’ve mostly stayed at home. World of difference

I lost my job but I gained time with my 2 year old, lost the weight I’ve always wanted to lose, learned how to dip powder my nails and do my brows by myself . I am embracing my new role as a stay at home mom and it’s been helping keep my anxiety at bay .

Love the new style of tie tight, 👍💖 perhaps this is how inventions come about!. I want to buy this book I am 73 years old and my mother had Alzheimers and now my in law has it. I would like to help others to keep a healthy brain. But my mother used to say to us you got to keep moving, when your body stays still you will die. She lived a long life. 💖💖💖

Juggling. I started juggling at 55. Ten years later, now 65, I've juggled every day since... maybe a day here and there without, but average about 10 minutes a day. My balance, peripheral vision, hand to eye coordination and spatial awareness seem to improve daily. Juggling is the tool that helped achieve that, as well as the way to measure the improvement by seeing a new skill or improvement EVERY day for 10 years. There's white papers on the topic online.
