- sleep enough
- do exercise
- read book
- and have positive thinking.

3. Currently learning French
4. Prayer and meditation
5. Walking 3-4 times a week

Every morning in this order, I meditate, stretch/yoga, read at least 10 pages of a book, let my thoughts flow on paper and journal about anything that comes to mind. I also write my goals down and what I’m grateful for. Lately I’ve been pushing myself to develop the habit of speaking positive affirmations like Tracy mentioned. This morning routine really sets each of my days up for success and I find great value in it. Best of luck to everyone looking to improve their habits, you can do it :) P.S I “stole” these success habits from a book called the Miracle Morning. I recommend reading it!

About a month ago I got sick and tired of my life, doing the same thing day in and day out and going no where. I started researching how to set goals on youtube but was hesitant to put them on paper. 2 weeks ago I finally did it! I put the goals I want to achieve on paper and write them every morning and every night visualizing them. I listen to an abundance of books and motivational speeches on you tube. I started following people like Brian Tracy and Tony Robbins. The mind set changes, opportunities started to flow and while in the past I would say no, I said yes to them. Don't get me wrong I don't have a perfect body, I'm not a millionaire yet, but something about writing them, seeing them, repeating them works. All those people who did it know it! Thank you Brian Tracy for an inspiration!

when my mom was in rehab after her brain surgery, I had put a post-it memo each and every corner of her house saying 'everyday in everyday I am getting better and better' now her condition is back to normal.

I say affirmations all day long. This what I say at least 6 times a day. I am healthy wealthy and wise. My immune system is a powerhouse and will eradicate anything that try’s to enter into my body. I am self discipline and self confident I have the belief and ability that I can accomplish anything. I am a leader not a follower. I can get through anything life throws at me. I DONT quit. I am resilient, I can handle difficult situations. Mental toughness. I watch videos just like this outstanding one. I read books on positive thinking and how the mind operates. I do 16 minutes of meditation everyday. I practice GRATITUDE all day long. Another thing I do is I say it going to be a great day, at least 6 times a day. Remember your mental health is so important.

To keep my mind healthy I meditate, I PRAY and express my gratitude to my Almighty. I also engage in regular deep breathing. I read Alquraan ( our holy book) and I read books, tend to help people solve problems. I exercise or go out for long walks.I laugh and dance I volunteer and meet upbeat people. I talk to people from all walks of life
