I’m so excited to be back on YouTube! It’s been a bit since I’ve been able to post, but I’m so happy to get moving with you again here on our channel. Please join me for the latest installment of our "1-Mile Walk n' Talk" series. Today I thought we could talk about the incredible power of MOMENTUM.

"Actions produce great results. The sooner you build your momentum, the easier it is to move forward. Momentum is one of the most powerful forces you can have on your side." - Matthew Royse

This informal, indoor walking-plus-low-impact-aerobics session is the approximate equivalent to one mile outside. Just push play to get your steps in, walk off a stressful day and reset your mindset with a dose of inspiration and movement that you can do anytime - rain or shine!

Don’t forget to share your best tips with us in the video comments below! And, we're always looking for more topics to talk about, so please let us know - what else should we walk n' talk about? I love hearing from you, so please share your great ideas and suggestions below.

Thanks for walking and talking with me today! :-)

*Special courses, such as our "Lift and Shift" strength-training intensive, not included

Connect with us after the workout for more fitness, tips, motivation and more!

The took a lot for Jessica do this vid. She is still in the grieving, crying stage in losing Peanut. Mad respect that she let us see her tears and wasn’t just our training but a friend. Love the peanut pillows. I think I can say we are all here for Jessica. I will watch all her vids to support! ❤️ you Jessica!

You broke my heart to hear your voice trembling with sadness. We know we are all there with you. Missing you all this time. And now that you are here, we are so happy to see that you are safe and healthy and teaching us to be healthy physically and mentally with your talking programmes.
Thanks a lot for your wonderful work.

Glad to see you back! I know Peanut is sorely missed. My sweet canine best friend of 11 1/2 years just crossed the Rainbow bridge last month, so I understand the tears deeply. We can gather strength and momentum together here on YouTube. Love this positive space you’ve created!

Welcome back! I am getting back on track with you!! After I finished I went to Amazon and purchased a Peanut Sparkle Tee. You are exactly what I need, 62 years old and not interested in long intense exercise, focusing on my diet more.

Its been a really tough year. My Mother passed in May, my sister passed in October and my aunt passed away last week. I Loved watching Peanut and her antics...just remember, you don't ( and I won't) ever get "over" the loss, but we can and will get through it! ❤🙏

Welcome back Jessica! I just love you to pieces and am so happy to see you back. I totally understand the grief you feel over your precious Peanut, I have had the same experience with my kitties. No matter how much time passes, it still makes me cry sometimes. But what a wonderful life we were able to give our fur babies! And we are blessed with so many beautiful memories. Thank you for being real, for sharing your thoughts and feelings with your faithful followers, for helping us to stay on a healthy path.

I’m crying with you Jessica.those clips of sweet peanut made me bawl. Such a sweet, precious, snoring soul! She helped me through so many dark days when I could barely get out of bed, ...I thought to myself I’m gonna go see peanut and did a quick workout. Welcome back Jessica and thank you for being vulnerable. 🥰

I have missed you! I went through physical issues the last 3 years, while being separated. Then, last year I finally got divorced, sold the house and moved across country. I finally got my fascia and muscle strength back and trying to start again after working 2 jobs and being exhausted! Thank you for being here!
