I live in an over 50’s resort in Australia and three mornings, every week, a group of us meet and do three of your 12 min. TABATA sessions, back to back. We are aged between 67 - 80 and absolutely love it. Thank you so much for these videos.

THE BEST WAY TO START THE WEEK 🔥🔥 I definitely believe our (Team Grow's) favorite workouts are these Tabatas, especially the 12 min ones cause some of us don't really have much time to ourselves. Ilysm Anna!! In only 12 mins I get my heart pumping to 140+, burn 100 calories, get energized and it's only possible with YOUR workouts!!
